Prior to that, from 1995 to 1998, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business - Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Dan started their educational journey at John A. Logan College from 1992 to 1995, where they completed an Associates degree in Associate in Science. In terms of additional certifications, Dan acquired the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2016.
