Raymond Sherman began their work experience as an AC Motor Engineer at Electrocraft. Afterward, they joined Electrocraft New Hampshire, Inc. in 1995 as an Associate Engineer AC Motors, where they designed advanced fractional horsepower motors and drives. raymond then worked at BMA Portsmouth Dialysis in 1994 as a Technician, responsible for machine calibration, repair, and process artificial kidneys.

Raymond Sherman obtained an Associate's degree in Engineering from New Hampshire Technical Institute, where they enrolled from 1990 to 1992.
