Charles Auclair

Charles Auclair has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Charles started their own business, Auclair Winery LLC, in 2008 and has been the owner and winemaker ever since. The winery has gained a loyal following and received numerous accolades for its premium, award-winning Red Mountain wines.

Prior to starting their winery, Charles worked at Electroimpact from 2004. Charles held the position of Director, managing export compliance, cyber security, and global quality. Currently, they are project managing a CMMC 2.0 implementation to comply with NIST-800-171 and DFARS 252.204-7012 regulations.

Before Electroimpact, Charles worked at Integrex Limited from 2002 to 2004 as a Senior Quality Engineer. Charles played a key role in implementing a state-of-the-art Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software and a manufacturing quality system to improve productivity and efficiency in a high-volume contract electronic manufacturing environment.

From 1997 to 2001, Charles served as Quality Manager at Metwave Communications, where they were responsible for implementing and maintaining an ISO9000 Quality Management System. Charles successfully built a QMS in a startup environment that facilitated the company's successful IPO process.

Charles's earlier experience includes a role as Document Control Manager at Virtual IO from 1995 to 1997.
