Hazel Jerusha

Hazel Jerusha has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Hazel is currently working as the Head of Finance and Accounting, APAC at Electrolux Professional, where they manage financial reporting for multiple entities and ensures statutory compliance. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Finance KL and Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner at World Vision, where they oversaw financial reporting, compliance, and global initiatives. Hazel also worked as a Finance Manager at Deloitte Malaysia, where they managed a team and assisted clients with financial analysis and reporting. Before that, they worked as a Compliance Auditor at Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd, focusing on internal controls and audit reporting. Hazel began their career as an Accounting Control Officer at Sony EMCS (M) Sdn Bhd and later worked as an Accounts Associate at Shell Shared Service Centre (SSSC) Sdn Bhd, where they handled various finance responsibilities.

Hazel Jerusha has a diverse education history. Hazel completed their Bachelor of Accounting (Hons.) degree at Universiti Tenaga Nasional from 1999 to 2003. Hazel later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2016 to 2018. In 2020, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA, specializing in Accounting. Furthermore, in 2020, Hazel also completed a Diploma in Corporate Governance and Compliance at the Basel Institute on Governance, focusing on Corporate Governance and Compliance. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including MIM-Certified Professional Coach from the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) in 2022, and a Corporate Secretary Certification from the Asian Academy for Corp Administration Sdn Bhd in 2015.
