Alwin Li

Alwin (XiaoWei) Li is the Head of the Project Management Office at Electrolux, bringing over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in new product development and project management. With a solid engineering background and expertise in production and quality management, Alwin has successfully led numerous cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Prior to Electrolux, Alwin held senior roles at Lexmark International and ASUS, where they excelled in product transitions and optimization of manufacturing processes. Alwin earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Xi'an University of Technology.
