Currently serving as the R&D Head for Food Preparation Latin America at Electrolux since 2006, Andre leads a team of over 100 professionals, overseeing product categories such as Microwaves and Built-in Ovens while developing electronic hardware and software strategies. Previous roles include leading R&D initiatives for Wellbeing & Small Domestic Appliances and managing product cost reduction programs, operating across multiple Latin American factories. Prior experience includes specialized expertise in optical fiber technology at Furukawa Electric LatAm and contributions to manufacturing optimization during an internship at Clariant. Andre holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, supplemented by a post-graduation in Business Planning and a program in Digital Transformation from INSEAD.
