Carla MacIel

Carla Maciel is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Electrolux since June 2012, Carla has managed HR functions for Engineering, Quality, Design, and Purchasing, as well as serving Consumer Care for two years. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Novartis Consumer Health, where responsibilities included overseeing the OTC Business Unit and various HR processes, and HR Consultant positions at Grupo Foco and the Conselho Regional de Farmácia do Estado de São Paulo. Carla began a career in HR as a Human Resources Assistant at JW Marriott Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments, progressing from an intern to managing recruitment and training initiatives. Carla holds an MBA in Strategic Management from FGV, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Administration from FAAP, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from PUC-SP.
