Dan Good

Dan Good is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in strategic partnership and organizational development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Electrolux Major Appliances since February 2013, Dan provides HR leadership and change management support for business transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Ingersoll Rand, where strategic HR support was given to Global Engineering & Technology and Information Technology sectors, and as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Wachovia, where Dan collaborated with various executive leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness across multiple divisions. Dan's expertise also encompasses change management practices, having worked as a Change Management Consultant, and compliance auditing in earlier career stages. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
