Elke Glaser

Elke Glaser has over two decades of experience in information technology and project management. Currently serving as an Information Technology Business Partner and Continuous Improvement Manager at Electrolux since February 2007, Elke specializes in Agile Project Management, Process Improvement, Lean Management, Scrum Master, and Kanban methodologies. Previous roles include Business Project Manager and SAP Training Manager, where responsibilities encompassed agile methodologies and change management for the German and Austrian markets. Prior to Electrolux, Elke worked at Niedermeyer GmbH as a Process Improvement Project Manager in Category & Purchasing Management for consumer electronics and small appliances, and at Cyberworld in Purchasing Management focused on hardware and software.
