Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson has extensive experience in change management and operational excellence, currently serving as a Change Manager at Electrolux Group since October 2020, where responsibilities include designing and leading consumer direct interaction change management activities. Previously, Eric held positions such as Continuous Improvement Leader at Electrolux, Operational Excellence Manager at BPL Plasma, Operations Director at KEDPLASMA, and Assistant Manager at CSL Plasma, focusing on process improvement, risk management, and training initiatives that significantly enhanced operational efficiency. Eric's earlier roles also included project support at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and data management at Research Data Design Inc., where impactful strategies resulted in substantial cost savings and process advancements. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Miami University and has completed Master's coursework in Anthropology at Kent State University.
