Fernando Pellanda is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in leading initiatives across various areas including product development, quality management, and strategic planning in multinational companies. Currently serving as VP Product Line and R&D for Wellbeing & Small Domestic Appliances at Electrolux, they oversee strategic development and innovation across Latin America. Fernando's prior roles include R&D Director and Industrial Engineering Supervisor at Electrolux, where they significantly contributed to product launches and process improvements. They hold a Mechanical Industrial Engineering degree from Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and completed an Executive Training Program at IMD Business School.
