Ishani Navle

Ishani Navle is an experienced design professional with a solid background in product and user experience design. At Mindcurrent, Ishani developed a stress prediction and prevention plugin aimed at improving mental well-being in team collaboration applications and engaged in user research to guide design choices. Previously, at Apollo DAE Inc., Ishani defined research methodologies and contributed to prototype development as part of the core design team. As a Web Designer at Sadanand Associates, Ishani led a successful website redesign and conducted usability tests to enhance user experiences. At Vien Health, Ishani created wireframes and interactive prototypes for virtual healthcare services in Africa based on user feedback. Currently, as a UX Designer at Electrolux, Ishani oversees a global Product UI initiative, ensuring the brand's identity while accommodating regional needs across various markets. Education was completed at Thomas Jefferson University.
