Johan Nilo is a seasoned product manager and owner with extensive experience in design systems and UX design. Currently serving as a Product Manager for the SHAPE Design System at Electrolux Group since March 2024, Johan has successfully scaled a previously small team to ten members, significantly improving team health metrics. Prior to this, Johan worked at Scania Group as a Senior Product Owner for the Tegel Design System, contributing to its widespread application across numerous products. Johan's experience at Kambi includes substantial achievements in growing a design system team, securing budget allocations, and transitioning the design system from grassroots to a strategic company component. Earlier roles include Product Owner and UX Designer at Scrive, alongside various positions in front-end development and UX design at CGI, Urbantalk, and Södertälje kommun. Johan holds a Bachelor's degree in IT & Communication Science from Stockholm University.
