Leonardo Silva

Leonardo Silva is the Director of Total Rewards Latin America at Electrolux, where they are responsible for the strategy and operation of total rewards policies across the business area. They have extensive experience in compensation, benefits, mobility, and social responsibility, having previously held various roles at Electrolux, including Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager. They also served as Corporate Manager for Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management at Lojas Renner. Leonardo holds a Master's Degree in People Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from FAE Business School.
