Manuela Soffientini currently serves as the VP of the Commercial Area for South Europe at Electrolux Group, overseeing operations in Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal since January 2021. Additionally, Manuela holds the position of Chairman for ELECTROLUX APPLIANCES S.P.A. since May 2012, leading the Major and Small Appliances sector. Previously, Manuela was the Managing Director at Philips from May 2001 to April 2012, focusing on Consumer Lifestyle, and also served as General Manager for DAP (Small Appliances). Early career experience includes the role of Marketing & Sales Director at Nuova Forneria from 1990 to 1997, as well as a Product Manager at Henkel from 1984 to 1990. Manuela holds a Laurea in Scienze dell'Economia e della Gestione Aziendale from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
