Marta Serwicka

Marta Serwicka is a Continuous Improvement Team Leader with 13 years of experience in the automotive and household appliances industries. Marta began their career as a Production Operator and Assembly Worker at Adient, before advancing to roles such as Quality Inspector and Junior Quality Engineer at IAC Group. Subsequently, they served as a Lean Engineer and Kaizen Team Coordinator at Electrolux, and as a Process Engineer at Autoliv. Currently, Marta leads a team focused on continuous improvement at Electrolux Group, with interests in production process optimization, cost reduction, and employee management. They hold a bachelor's and a master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Politechnika Opolska.
