Mirja Hoffmann, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Business Partner for Product Lines North America at Electrolux Group since October 2023. In this role, Mirja collaborates with senior leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive people plan, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
