Olha K. is a Senior Patent Paralegal and People Leader at Electrolux since August 2019, demonstrating expertise in patent law and leadership. Previously, Olha served as an Executive Assistant at Valtech Sweden from 2014 to July 2019, and as a Freelance Legal Consultant at Integreon from January 2014 to April 2017, focusing on legal document review, drafting, and research. Olha has also held the position of Research Assistant/Editor at International IDEA, contributing to the Electoral Management Design Handbook, and conducted research as an intern on democracy and elections. From August 2009 to February 2011, Olha worked as a legal counsel at LLC "Ukrlandinvest," providing legal advice and participating in litigation.
