Roberta Ciano

Roberta Ciano has a strong background in finance and controlling, beginning with a position in Back Office at Eurizon Capital SGR from August 2008 to July 2009, where problem resolution for bank branch colleagues regarding customer positions in investment funds was a key responsibility. Afterward, Roberta's expertise grew through various roles in renowned companies such as ABB, HEINEKEN, and Perfetti Van Melle, ultimately leading to the role of Plant Controller. In addition, Roberta served as FP&A Supply Chain Country Manager at Campari Group from July 2022 to August 2024, managing a team and overseeing activities related to budgeting and decision support across multiple plants. Currently, Roberta works as a Factory Controller at Electrolux Group since September 2024. Roberta holds a degree in Business Administration from the Università degli Studi di Foggia, obtained in 2008.
