Rubens Greco

Rubens Greco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consumer care and customer service management. Since September 2010, Rubens has been with Electrolux Group, holding positions such as LA Consumer Care Sr Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Customer Service Supervisor. Prior to this, Rubens worked at Mondial Assistance Brasil from January 2006 to September 2010 in roles including Consumer Care Manager and Consumer Care Supervisor. Additional experience includes a Consumer Care Supervisor position at Softway and Ask! Contact Center, and a Consumer Care Analyst role at Mondial Assistance Brasil.
