Soner SUDA is currently the R&D Director for Global Air Care Advanced & Concept Development at Electrolux, a position held since 2023, where they lead global teams and manage innovation portfolios. Previously, from 2020 to 2023, they served as the Global Air Care R&D Manager at Electrolux, overseeing various design and R&D teams and managing advanced projects. Soner has also held positions at Gates Corporation as a Product Engineer and Johnson Controls as a Chief Project Engineer, among others. They earned a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Dokuz Eylül University in 2005. Additionally, Soner served as a Reserve Officer in the Turkish Army from 2005 to 2006.
