Steve Swayne

Steve Swayne is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in consumer product performance. Since July 2013, Swayne has held various leadership roles at Electrolux, including Engineering Manager and Director of Consumer Product Performance, where innovation and product differentiation have been key focuses. Prior to Electrolux, Swayne worked at Whirlpool Corporation from April 2007 to October 2013 as both Manager of Consumer Usage Field Test and Regional Technology Leader, overseeing consumer research and managing performance standards for cooking products in North America. Swayne's educational background includes a degree from the University of Idaho.
