Jared Waldie is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience across various roles and projects in the engineering industry. Since January 2025, Jared has been working at ELECTRON as a Mechanical Engineer. Prior to this, Jared worked at Plug Power from January 2022 to December 2024, and at Bronswerk Heat Transfer from May 2019 to January 2022. Jared also held the position of Project Engineer at CPB Contractors for the Craigieburn Sewage Transfer Hub in 2018. Previous experience includes roles at CH2M HILL as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on significant projects such as the Ichthys Onshore LNG Facilities CCPP Project and the Worlsey Multi-Fuel Cogeneration Project, as well as an undergraduate position involving a thesis on steam pipe vibration. Early career exposure includes roles at Laing O'Rourke on coal upgrade and water treatment projects. Jared obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Queensland University of Technology from 2007 to 2012.
