Allyson Dalton

Allyson Dalton is a Senior Program Manager at Electronic Arts, where they lead teams through transformational change and provide workplace strategy advice. Previously, they worked as a Workplace Strategy Consultant at PDR and as a Management Consultant at Expressworks International, where they specialized in change management and operational excellence. Allyson has also held various roles, including Graphic Designer at Vanderbilt University and Program Development Intern at the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville. They hold a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development and a B.A. in Studio Art from Vanderbilt University and are currently pursuing a degree in Architecture at the University of Melbourne.
