Chris Thorne is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the gaming and software industries. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Electronic Arts Canada since July 2006, Chris specializes in rendering technologies for popular franchises such as UFC and NHL, focusing on character visuals, performance optimizations, and technical design. Previously, Chris held various positions at Autodesk (formerly Alias) from June 1995 to June 2006, including Software Architect, where contributions to Maya's rendering technologies and user interface significantly advanced the product. Chris holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Calgary.
