Jay Phillips

Jay Phillips serves as the Sr Director of Global Real Estate at Electronic Arts (EA) since July 2024, where the focus is on managing the entire global real estate portfolio. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Senior Director of Global Real Estate and Operations at F5 from January 2014 to May 2023, overseeing a complex office portfolio of 75 locations across 43 countries while providing expertise in various operational processes. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Real Estate, Operations, and Development at Starbucks Coffee Co., where Jay managed non-retail corporate real estate transactions and a significant capital improvement budget. Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and International Business from Gonzaga University.
