Joe Frontiera is a strategic people and talent leader with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and human resources. They served as VP of HR for Electronic Arts’ Mobile Games division from 2021 to 2023, supporting key leadership while ensuring alignment with the company's talent strategy. Previously, they held various roles at Electronic Arts, including Director of Team Effectiveness and Senior Director of Org Effectiveness and Team Performance, where they built teams to enhance leadership development and performance. Joe co-founded Meno Consulting, focusing on organization development in sport and corporate sectors, and contributed as a columnist for The Washington Post’s On Leadership section. They hold a PhD in Performance Psychology and an MA in Counseling from West Virginia University, alongside a BS in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
