Jon Farinelli

Jon Farinelli is an experienced professional in quality assurance and development management, currently serving as Development Director for Quality Verification at Electronic Arts since February 2022. Previously, Jon held significant roles at Vant4ge as Quality Assurance Manager, where a QA organization for SaaS development was constructed, and at City State Entertainment as a Producer, managing a 40-member team and overseeing the transition to agile development. Earlier positions include QA Manager at PayClip Inc. and Electronic Arts, where leadership was demonstrated over teams responsible for the quality of mobile projects and merchant-facing applications. Jon's extensive background also features senior management roles at BioWare Mythic, leading customer service and quality assurance teams, as well as a foundational position as Test Center Manager at Absolute Quality.
