Joseph Marrello

Joseph Marrello is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Electronic Arts (EA) since November 2006. In this role, Joseph is responsible for aligning the talent delivery strategy, managing the overall operating system across Talent Acquisition, and leading Employment Branding and Executive Search Recruiting teams.
