Mala Singh

Mala Singh is the Chief People Officer at Electronic Arts. Mala has extensive experience in the human resources field, having previously worked as the Chief People Officer at Minted and Girls Leadership. At Minted, they were responsible for leading the People Operations, Facilities, and Legal functions. At Girls Leadership, they were responsible for designing and implementing programs that empower girls to develop their leadership skills.

Mala is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Mala is passionate about helping organizations create an environment where everyone can thrive.

Mala Singh has a BA in Organization Psychology and a minor in Art Mala'story from Rutgers University. Mala also has an MHRM in Human Resources from Rutgers University. Mala is currently enrolled in an Advanced HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
