Marissa Hatch

Marissa Hatch is the Finance Director at Electronic Arts (EA), where they lead a six-person FP&A team focusing on the central technology team's infrastructure and platform game technologies since 2020. Previously, Marissa served as a Senior Finance Manager at EA, overseeing centralized forecasting and reporting of infrastructure expenditures. Before joining EA, Marissa worked at Microsoft as a Group Finance Manager and Senior Business Analysis Manager, specializing in capital forecasting and business analysis. Their career began at Chrysler, where they consolidated and analyzed the global sales and marketing division's income statement. Marissa holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Brigham Young University.
