Mark Overton

Mark Overton is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Director of Corporate FP&A at Electronic Arts since December 2022. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Associate Director of Corporate Development at AT&T from July 2011 to January 2018, where responsibilities included identifying strategic transaction targets, conducting financial analyses, leading due diligence processes, and managing M&A deal executions. Mark's earlier career at Electronic Arts included roles as Senior Manager in both Corporate Development and Corporate FP&A from January 2018 to December 2019, along with a position as Senior Associate at Buck Consultants from August 2005 to July 2009. Mark holds a B.S. in Economics from Tulane University and an MBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
