Michael Mucci

Michael Mucci is currently the Franchise Director at Electronic Arts, where they lead teams in Asia to service and grow one of the largest shooter audiences globally. Previously, they served as Publishing Director for Asia Pacific at Wargaming.net and Head of Account Management at Razer Inc., contributing significantly to live operations and payment platform development. They began their career at Bloomingdale's and later held roles at eBay, focusing on operational excellence and process improvement across the Asia Pacific region. Michael holds a BA in Economics from Villanova University and is actively involved with the Games Asia CX Guild to enhance player experience across the industry.
