Mindy Day

Mindy Day is a seasoned professional in community management and marketing with extensive experience in leading global community strategies for prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Global Community for The Sims at Electronic Arts since September 2023, Mindy drives engagement and brand storytelling while successfully launching the Sims Creator Program. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Community Marketing at Discord, where Mindy oversaw a global team and enhanced community initiatives, and Head of Community at Patreon, where Mindy significantly increased community membership and organized impactful events. Mindy has also contributed to the community landscape at Imgur and other tech and content companies, such as Secret, Inc. and Collider, UK. Mindy holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Southampton.
