Philippe Charel

Philippe Charel is a seasoned professional in the field of translation and localisation, with extensive experience in the video game industry. Since July 2015, Philippe has been working as a freelance translator, specialising in English to French translations for video games. Philippe has been employed at Electronic Arts since May 2008 as a Peak Localisation Testing Project Manager, overseeing localisation projects for games in the Rock Band franchise. Prior to this role, Philippe served as a localisation tester from July 2006 to December 2007 at Electronic Arts and worked as a French professor at Acadomia from 2004 to 2006. Philippe holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
