Tom Hess is an experienced live operations and production leader in the gaming industry, currently serving as Live Operations Lead for Battlefield 6 at Electronic Arts since July 2025. Previously, Tom held the position of Principal Live Ops Designer at Treyarch, contributing to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 as the Live Events Lead Designer. Tom's extensive career includes key roles at Activision, where responsibilities encompassed defining operational processes and managing live ops for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, as well as leading the production team for an internal mobile studio.
