Manik K. Arora

Manik is the chief visionary and leader at Arora. He’s friendly, energetic, loves to be challenged, and possesses a strong penchant for winning. As President & CEO, Manik’s most important responsibility is to Arora’s clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Within the firm, Manik promotes Arora’s values of innovation, collaboration, and hyper-responsiveness to the firm’s 200+ professionals nationwide.

Manik started his career in aviation 28 years ago as an intern with the City of Philadelphia’s Division of Aviation while studying at Drexel University. His experience includes both design and construction management of airside and landside projects for major hub airports, airlines, and support facilities.

He serves on the board of several organizations, including the Airport Consultant’s Council, the Association of Airport Executives, Northeast Chapter, and the March of Dimes of Southeast Pennsylvania.
