Kevin Justus has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as a MITS Support Desk Engineer at Electronic Systems, Inc., a Xerox Company, since December 2019. Prior to this role, Kevin was a Customer Support Analyst at IQVIA from September 2018 to December 2019 and studied at ECPI Technical College, where enrollment in the online Network Security program led to the attainment of an Associate's degree in Network/Cyber Security in 2018. Kevin's earlier career included positions as an electrician at Smith Electric and Associates from March 2008 to June 2016, and JB BASNIGHT & SON ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, INC. from May 2002 to March 2007. Kevin also holds a Journeyman's License in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tidewater Community College, earned between 2014 and 2015.
