Rob Steele

Rob Steele began their work experience in 1995 as an R&D Associate at Union Carbide, where they stayed until 2000. In 2002, they joined Mitsubishi Chemical America as a Logistics Manager and remained there until 2007. From 2007 to 2017, they worked at Electronic Systems, Inc. as Vice President of Operations, and they later became the Senior Vice President of Operations. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Xerox as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Xerox IT Services and ESI.

Rob Steele obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Virginia Military Institute, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Mitsubishi Chemical America. No information concerning the month and year of obtaining the certification is available.
