Beau Rounds

Beau Rounds has extensive experience in service engineering and technical support, currently holding the position of Manager, Service Engineering at EFI since April 2012. Responsibilities include managing daily service engineering support activities, setting engineering priorities, and developing support strategies in collaboration with EFI leadership. Previous roles at EFI include Service Engineer, Technical Support Team Lead, and Remote Support Specialist, where Beau provided expertise in PLC-driven ink delivery devices and remote troubleshooting. Prior experience at Smiths Medical involved operating and diagnosing machinery. Educational background includes a High School Diploma with a focus on Biology, Chemistry, and Spanish from Newfound Regional High School and coursework at Plymouth State University.
