Customer Service Manager

Lance Li has over two decades of experience in the service management field, currently serving as Customer Service Manager at EFI since January 2011, after holding roles as Field Service Specialist for APAC and Manager Service China. Prior to EFI, Lance Li was a Service Manager at Fortuan from March 2008 to December 2010 and worked as Factory Manager at DAHE GROUP from January 2000 to March 2008. Lance Li holds a college education in Design and Applied Arts from Henan University, completed between 1996 and 1999.
