John Kinnane

John Kinnane is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in information security and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Security at ElectronX since May 2025, Kinnane leads initiatives to enhance information security within a pioneering electricity market. Prior roles include SVP of Information Security & Compliance at Fulcrum GT, where Kinnane achieved significant certifications with zero non-conformities, and Vice President of Information Security at Hilltop Securities, applying the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Kinnane's expertise also includes managing application security at Charles Schwab, directing IT audits at Best Western International, and establishing information security programs at Apriva. Kinnane holds an MBA in Finance and an MS in Computer Science, complemented by a BS in Accounting.
