Sam Tegel

Sam Tegel, CFA, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ElectronX since September 2023. Sam is the Founder of Sage Capital Markets, established in January 2018, focusing on advisory and investments in global quantitative trading and capital markets. Additionally, Sam has been a Board Member and Advisor at Spline Data since July 2022. Previously, Sam held the position of Senior Strategy Development Officer at Millennium from May 2019 to July 2021 and served as Head of Liquidity Strategy at Jump Trading LLC from January 2015 to November 2017. Sam's earlier roles include Industry Advisor/Investor at ValueStream Ventures and Head of Trading at Caherciveen Partners, with experience dating back to independent trading work starting in 2001. Sam holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and furthered education at the University of Chicago.
