Electropin Technologies LLC is a manufacturer of small metal pin shaped parts that are primarily used as an electrical connection. We use a unique manufacturing process called Automatic Die Rolling which has the capability of producing millions and millions of parts that are repetitively accurate. We have produced over 1 billion parts for a customer in just over 12 months with zero defects.

Currently, our sizes range from a minimum of .006" diameter and .080" long to a maximum of .225" diameter and 6.00" long. We produce parts in any material that can be found in wire form and often draw our own wire to control the quality of the final dimension.
