Jim Hynan

Jim Hynan currently serves as the Data Solutions and Decision Support Manager and IT Architect at ElectroRoute, specializing in database platform design in AWS Cloud, MySQL, and Oracle. Responsibilities include schema design and modeling derived from requirements and the development of systems to interact with energy markets. Prior to this role, Jim was the Senior Lead Technical Analyst/Developer at Eirgrid, where involvement spanned the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, impact analysis, solution architecture, and data integration for the National Electricity Transmission System Operator. Jim holds a degree in Computer Applications and a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Neural Network Modelling from Dublin City University.
