Caitlin Merced

Caitlin Merced is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing signage packages for various notable brands, including Starbucks and Applebee's, at Electrosonic and previously at Jones Sign Co., Inc. and Hilton Displays. Prior to her current role, Caitlin served as an Assistant Project Manager and Technical Coordinator at Universal Creative, contributing to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter project at Universal Beijing Resort, where responsibilities included contract management, logistics supervision, and quality control. Caitlin's earlier positions in technical direction and teaching at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and other theater companies reflect a strong foundation in technical theatre, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Technical Theatre from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s Degree from Gettysburg College.
