Chris Beyries is the current Service Manager at Electrosonic. Chris has been with the company since January of 2012, and in that time has worked as an AV Regional Service Tech. In this role, they were responsible for troubleshooting existing AV systems, installing new projects, and managing AV maintenance at a large defense contractor, including tracking and reporting.
Prior to joining Electrosonic, Chris Beyries spent nearly 9 years as the Technical Director and Scenic Designer for the Civic Light Opera Of South Bay. In this role, they were responsible for the technical execution of a variety of productions, as well as designing the sets for those productions. Some of the shows they worked on during their time there include Forever Plaid, The Music Man, Seussical, Miss Saigon, Jekyll and Hyde, Oklahoma!, Annie Get Your Gun, Cinderella, Sophisticated Ladies, Jesus Christ Superstar, Kiss Me Kate, Swing!, The Full Monty, Ain't Misbehavin', Beehive, Chris Loves Me, Grease, Bark the Musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Bye Bye Birdie, and Twice Upon a Time (New Musical), among others.
Chris Beyries studied technical theatre and theatre design and technology at the University of Southern California. Chris also studied theatre technology at Foothill College.
