Joey has more than 7 years’ experience in technical support roles, including 4 years in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician. Joey’s focus is on serving the client first and servicing their equipment second, He is able to connect with the client on a level that makes servicing their needs more efficient. Joey is not always able to be present on site for all his clients each day, but he is able to work remotely, providing an elevated level of service and providing every possible resource he can in the interim. He also works on behalf of Electrosonic with a major client in a product development lab.
