Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Electroswitch Corp since December 2012, Kyle oversees major divisional functions, including administration, operations, and sales support. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at Bob Barker Company, where Kyle championed Business Process Improvement, and Manager of Continuous Improvement at Goodyear Tire & Rubber, achieving substantial savings through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. Kyle also held leadership positions at Americal Corporation, Chesapeake Display & Packaging, International Jensen Incorporated, and United Technologies, showcasing a strong background in engineering and technical services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Materials Science from N.C. State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
