Andreas Goedecke

Chief Business Officer, DACH & Nordics at ELEKS

Andreas Goedecke is the Chief Business Officer for DACH & Nordics at ELEKS. Andreas has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining ELEKS, Andreas was with Siemens for 10 years, where they managed Siemens' strategic university network. Andreas also served as the technical lead of regional collaboration managers and was responsible for partnership with open innovation and startup innovation formats. Before Siemens, Andreas worked as a research assistant at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Andreas has also worked as a freelance software engineer.

Andreas Goedecke has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESMT Berlin, a Diplom in Physics from RWTH Aachen University, and a Ph.D. in Technical Mechanics, Mechatronics from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz. Andreas was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Maryland in Physics. Andreas has also completed certification programs at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in Technology Leadership Program, edX in RWTHx Verified Certificate for Customer-Centric Innovation, Yale University in Introduction to Negotiation: A Strategic Playbook for Becoming a Principled and Persuasive Negotiator, Stanford University in Machine Learning, and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in Design Thinking for Innovation.

They are on a team with Iryna Bilinska - Director, Sales Operations, David Pacanowsky - Chief Business Officer, Americas & Japan, and Solomiya Rishnyak - Director of Administrative and Facility Services. Andreas Goedecke reports to Andriy Krupa, CEO.
